The download starts on this click, and nowhere else on the page.
Companion Live is fan-made software, not affiliated with Gravity. It only reads game data and never changes anything, but the game's terms of service prohibit programs that read its communication with the server, which is how Companion Live works, and your account may be suspended or banned. We can't guarantee anything about it.

How it works with the planner
Ragnarok Origin: Classic, running on your PC.
Reads the kill counts from the game’s connection, per character.
Writes your MR to a file on your disk.
Header button "Link to app" follows that file.

What your antivirus will saySee details
Some antivirus engines flag this program. That is expected, for two concrete reasons:
It is not code-signed. The certificate that shows the publisher’s name is expensive and we have not bought one yet. Without it, the program is just a new file the antivirus has never seen before.
It reads the game’s traffic. That is what it is for — and it is also something malicious programs do. Looking at the file alone, without running it, the two cannot be told apart.
The labels you may see are along the lines of "unrecognised" or "potentially unwanted program": they mean the program is unusual, not that it does something hidden. Windows Defender and the antivirus software most people use do not flag it.
The full result is on VirusTotal, in the link above. And the SHA-256 on this page confirms that the file you downloaded is exactly the one we published.
