What is worth writing about

• A wrong number. A monster's HP, level, element or spawn map that does not match what the game shows you.
• A missing monster or map, or a research line whose five members are not the five you see in your Bestiary.
• A bug in the planner — something that will not save, a filter that returns nothing, a button that does nothing.
• A translation that reads badly in Portuguese or Spanish. The site is written in three languages and only one of them is native.
• Business — anything to do with advertising or use of the site.

What makes a report easy to act on

The page URL, the language you were reading in, and what the game shows instead. A screenshot of the in-game screen settles almost any disagreement about a number in one step.

What we cannot help with

Anything to do with your game account — bans, lost items, purchases, support tickets. This is a fan site with no connection to Gravity or Gnjoy, and those belong with the game's official support. More about the site →
