How it works
Three MVPs invade Funfair Isle:
Owl Duke,
Dark Illusion and
Knight of Abyss. They are not all up at once: the panel shows a countdown for whichever is next and greys out the ones that have not shown up yet.
They are MVPs only in the event: in Glast Heim, the same three are minis.
The personal reward pays out three times a day and refreshes at 5:00. All three share the same count: killing one of each multiplies nothing, and the panel shows what is left as Remaining reward count.
Six windows, eighteen rewarded kills
The event opens 04/09 at 5:00 and closes 10/09 at 4:59. That is six reward windows and, at three a day, 18 rewarded kills at most for the whole event.
The chances do not bank. A day you skip does not come back: three rewards gone for good, and with them three rolls at the rare one.
What each kill pays
| Item | Per kill | Across 18 |
|---|---|---|
| 1 | 18 | |
| 5 | 90 | |
| 2 | 36 | |
| 2 | 36 | |
| 1 | 18 | |
| Zeny | 3,000 | 54,000 |
| 1 | 18 |
All three pay the same list — there is no better monster, so the only thing that decides which to kill is which one is up. The is the token for Lucky Flip.
The rare reward
On top of the list above, a rewarded kill can also drop one of these two:
| Rare reward | Amount |
|---|---|
| 1 | |
| 100 |
The game says on a notice of its own that it only drops while you still have reward chances — once the day's three are spent, the next kill pays nothing from the event. It is hard to get, and that is exactly why the three kills are worth doing every day, including after the quests are done: while you have chances, the rare one can still land.
The three quests
| Kills | Reward |
|---|---|
| 3 | ×1 |
| 6 | ×1 |
| 15 | ×1 |
This is where nearly everything the event pays actually lives. The 6-kill quest hands over a whole Illusion MVP Card of your choosing. And the pick does not lock you in, by a route whose numbers close exactly: dismantling an Illusion MVP Card returns 600 ; 600 is the price of the in the Advanced Orange Card Shop; and it hands back 2,500 , which is exactly what that shop charges for any of the 13 Illusion cards it sells — Eddga included, who is not on the album’s list. Picking wrong costs time, not the card.
And the 3 and 15 are not the consolation prize: the is extremely rare to come by anywhere else — rarer, in fact, than the illusion album. The event hands out two.
