How it works
Refine the gear you are wearing and complete the event quests. Each quest pays ×10, ×10 and event points; the points then unlock six milestones. Refining a piece sitting in the bag does not count, so put on what you are going to refine first.
What counts is the highest refinement you reached during the event: a failed attempt afterwards does not take the quest away.

They add up to 1,600 points — exactly the last milestone, so finishing every quest also finishes the whole ladder.
