Guild Auction
Weekly
The auction opens when the guild event ends, and the items in it were produced by that event. Everyone who took part has a dividend waiting — and it has to be claimed.
Runs on
No start or end date — it is a permanent fixture.
Two clock times, because the events do not end together
The auction opens the moment the guild event closes — and the two guild events do not close at the same hour. Guild League ends at 20:20 on Tuesday and Thursday. Emperium Overrun ends at 20:40 on Sunday, which is why Sunday's auction is the late one.
The alert on this page sits two minutes after each, on purpose: at the closing minute there are still people finishing the match, and a phone going off in the last seconds of a fight costs more than two minutes of an auction that runs far longer. If you would rather have it exactly on the hour, the alert is yours to ignore — the auction is already open when it rings.
All server time (UTC−4); the times on the card above are already converted to your clock.
Three nights, and they are not interchangeable
An auction only exists because a guild event produced it. The client says it plainly: “Guild Auctions open after guild events end. Auction items are generated from the guild events”. That is Guild League on Tuesday and Thursday, and Emperium Overrun on Sunday.
Which is also why the shelf is not the same on every night: the August 13 patch notes confirm the personal purchase limit is read off your division in the League and off your group and placement in Emperium Overrun. A better week is a bigger shelf.
And there is a floor before any of it happens: the guild event needs at least 20 participants for the auction to open at all.
The dividend is fixed, and it still has to be claimed
This is the part players miss. Every member who took part in that guild event has a dividend waiting, collected on the Auction Dividend page once the auction ends. The amount is fixed: it does not move with what the items sold for, and you do not have to bid on anything to be owed it. Showing up to the guild event is the whole requirement.
Unclaimed dividends are mailed the next day, so nothing is lost forever — but the mail is the safety net, not the plan.
Buyout is now a raffle
Since the August 13 update, when the display period ends the item moves into a Fast Sale phase and then a Fast Sale Settlement phase. The buyout window runs for 5 minutes, and pressing Buyout inside it does not hand you the item — it puts you in the pool. Once you are in you cannot pull out.
What happens next depends on how many pressed it. Alone, the item is yours. With two or more, the system draws one winner — and the draw is what decides your personal purchase limit: win and it is spent, lose and it is not, with the count and the currency coming back through your transaction history. If nobody presses Buyout across both phases, the item falls back to the old behaviour and can simply be bought.
The League Prize Auction
A second auction rides on the League result, and it is more forgiving than it looks. It triggers on a win, and also on a loss with a points gap under 1,500. What it adds, on top of the normal auction for your tier:
- Win → about 100% more items, plus the exclusive Illusion Card fragment pack
- Loss by under 500 → about 70% more, plus the same pack
- Loss by 500 to 1,500 → about 50% more, plus the same pack
Lose by more than that and the game tells you so: “Your guild did not trigger the League Prize Auction this time due to a large points gap”. Which means a hopeless match is still worth showing up to — keeping the gap under 1,500 is worth half an extra auction.
Two details that decide a bid
It settles one second early. The rulebook says the Guild Auction closes about a second before the clock runs out, and no bid lands during that window. A bid thrown at the last instant does not arrive late — it does not arrive.
It spends first. Bids draw on by preference, and if you are outbid the amount comes back as .
Who can bid
Members who have been in the guild for more than 24 hours. Joining a guild on the afternoon of a League night does not get you into that night's auction.
Separately, the Designated Auction tab — items only members pre-approved by the Guild Master or Vice may bid on — is unlocked only for guilds that reached a Cross-Server League rank.
Getting a warning
The site can beep and raise a notification a few minutes before it opens, even with the game in fullscreen. See event alerts.
